Happy Jacks Barbeque Restaurant & Catering
Owners of Happy Jacks Barbeque are Allyn and Sheila Robinson. We are transplants from Texas and have been living and working in northeast Colorado since 1999. Around 2006 we began to build our smoker out of a 1,000-gallon anhydrous tank, that we had been dragging around for years until we had the time to work on it. By 2007 we had it finished and I started smoking meat again for friends, family, and fund raisers. From that activity grew the catering side of the business (R&B Catering), which has grown through the years. Weddings, corporate events, reunions, etc…. have kept us busier and busier.
